7. World's Greatest Test - Take 2

So the Pthal isn't going to solve the problem. What kind of test would be optimal? What would the world's greatest preoperative test for perioperative cardiac morbidity look like? It should be able to predict perioperative cardiac morbidity. It should be able to pay for it. It should be cheap, effective, and actually able to do something with the results. The cost per life saved should be reasonable.
